Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Follow up & discussing all drawings and NOCs to all designated Dubai authorities and governmental institutions to obtain approvals.
- Controlling Projects' cost, Time, Scope and Monitoring the Master Program and tracking the critical paths and milestones for identifying them to the contractor.
- Handling all changes as instructed by the Owner and liaising with the concerned parties for the required implementation
- Conducting progress meetings & technical meeting with Contractor & Sub-Contractors and handling all official correspondences.
- Quality control & Review of all technical submittals, approval and procurement schedule. Supervising the construction works of project in accordance with the Contract Specification and Drawings.
- Re-viewing the As-Built drawings, Guarantee/Warranty certificates and O &M Manuals.
- Ensuring proper document control and minutes of meeting registration.
- Re-viewing and settling the Final accounts claim from the Contractor.

Requirements

- Must have a Degree in either Civil Engineering, PMP or Master in Structural, Civil or Construction Management are preferred.
- Ideally 10+ years Gulf experience.
- Solid background of Fidic red book 1999 & 1987.
- Familiar with PMI knowledge areas.
- Must be energetic, self-motivated with a team building spirit
