Requirements

THE ROLE

To act as a consultant between all parties to ensure a successful Sale or Leasing transaction, dealing with Dubai’s most exclusive properties.

Once a Sale/Let has been agreed, contracts will be summited to a specialist in conveyance/sales progression enabling you to continue to generate new business.

Daily roles will include servicing new buyer and tenant inquiries, Sourcing and Listing new Properties, canvassing for new business, matching suitable properties tailored to the needs of the clients, Booking and conducting property viewings and valuations and Negotiating on offers.

You will be at the very forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. It is the attitude and determination of all our negotiators that has enabled us to revolutionize estate agency.
