Job description / Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Resourcing Intern to assist with sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent for our organization. The Resourcing Intern will have the opportunity to learn about recruitment processes, gain practical experience in candidate management, and contribute to our talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Support the screening of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings, including background checks and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet legal and compliance requirements.
• Help manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and assistance as needed.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Team Player.
• Proactive Attitude.
• Skilled at MS products.
• Either a graduate or undergraduate in HR or Business Administration.
• Experience in Recruitment would be advantageous but not essential.
