Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a recently launched casual dining outlet in one of Abu Dhabis leading malls. Due to a busy and successful opening, our client is looking to hire an additional Duty Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for the daily opening, closing and smooth running of the restaurant. You will introduce yourself to new customers ensuring they leave the premises with a positive experience creating valuable repeat business. You will also carry out daily training to develop and improve your team, ensuring they are prepared for every shift. It is essential you are an excellent motivator since this is an extremely busy outlet. The restaurant is home to an exciting one-off concept that is attracting customers from far and wide.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 4 years experience in a high volume casual dining restaurant in a managerial position. Due to a diverse mix of nationalities within the team, our client has stated a preference for a female Arabic speaker.
The restaurant has an additional 16 locations which will be opening over the next 12 months across the UAE. Therefore, if you are a career driven individual, eager to grow and develop yourself, this is the position for you.
