Job description / Role
Job Description:
• Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
• Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains
• Ensures that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance
• Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to European and Western nationals
• Male/Female, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or any hospitality certifications
• At least 5 years of experience in the same role from (F&B hospitality groups) high end/fine dining restaurant
• Experience in pre-opening is a plus
• Candidate who can speak French is an advantage
• Can join on January 2023 and can attend openhouse on either November 16 and 17
