Are you a passionate Restaurant Manager with a wealth of experience within a fine dining environment? Charterhouse is working with a well-known hospitality group in Dubai who is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for its authentic Asian restaurant. Our client is looking for a passionate individual who can be the heart of the team, bringing a fresh experienced perspective to an established team.
As Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant. You will be a skilful manager of the team of 65 people, motivating your team to always strive for their best. You will have a hands-on approach, being someone who will meet and greet customers as well as oversee the administration side of the restaurant.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within the UAE. It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills to diplomatically handle staff and customers. You should also be an excellent communicator and have an outgoing personality accompanied by the ability to work under pressure in the challenging environment that is restaurant management.
