Position: Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Floor Manager
Salary: up to 12,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Deliver superior guest services
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Manage and lead staff
• Training and evaluate staff performance
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Manage restaurant supplies
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Open to Moroccan nationals and candidates who can speak the Turkish language
• Male, 35 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience, preferably from a high-end stand-alone restaurant
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Good financial management skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
