Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A newly opened high end standalone restaurant based in Dubai

Job Role:
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to European nationals
• 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience from fine dining/stand alone or high end casual dining restaurant
