Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines.

Job Description:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that the restaurant is operating efficiently and profitably, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and that any complaints are addressed promptly.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that all staff are following proper sanitation and safety protocols

Requirements

- Open to European nationals
- 38 years old and below
- At least 4 years of experience in the UAE, and at least 2 years in the similar position
- Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages
- Candidates who can join by March 15, 2023 will be prioritized
