Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading F&B group based in Dubai, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Work closely with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships along with traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, events, and collaboration sponsorships.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for an innovative team culture.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic and European nationals
- 28 to 45 years old
- At least 5 years UAE experience as a Restaurant Manager
