Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, tips, and duty meal

About the Client:
A contemporary lounge bar based in Dubai serving a wide variety of menu and drinks selection.

Job Description:
• Create a memorable dining experience for our guests through leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food, and driving the success of the team.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
• Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to CIS or Eastern, and South African nationals
• Male, 30 to 40 years old
• Must have 3 years’ solid experience as RM in a bar setting
• Must be highly presentable
