Job description / Role
• Oversee day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food, and driving the success of the team.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize cost and quality, manage pricing strategies, and achieve financial objectives by budgeting, analyzing expenses, and taking corrective measures as needed.
• Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain top-notch service quality by enforcing standards, addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and recommending improvements.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 2 years related UAE experience in a fine-dining restaurant offering Mediterranean, Arabic, or Turkish cuisines
• Proficient in both French and Arabic is an advantage
