Employment: Full Time

As the Restaurant Manager at Isabella, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant's success, overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. From managing staff and finances to maintaining high standards of service and quality, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the spirit of Italian hospitality to life at Isabella.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality to our guests, embodying the warmth and charm of Italian culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations, to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience, including marketing promotions and special events.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing training, coaching, and support to staff to help them reach their full potential.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.

Requirements

• Italian citizenship or other EU nationality preferred.
• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume Italian restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and business operations, with the ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions to drive profitability.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
