Restaurant Manager - Indian Restaurant

We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager for a vibrant new QSR concept in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager - Indian Restaurant, we are looking for someone with experience running a similar Indian style restaurant in the GCC.
You would be responsible for managing the restaurant's daily operations as well as personally delivering memorable experiences. As the Restaurant Manager you would also be required to maintain standards, manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted and QHSE guidelines.
This is a very 'hands on' role covering all areas within the restaurant and requires excellent levels of customer service.
You need to be target driven and have a proven record of budgeting and P&L knowledge, as well as being able to communicate well during meetings with senior management as well as flexibility in assisting other departments wherever necessary.
You will be responsible for effectively managing all operations within the restaurant, ensuring that optimum results are achieved and maintained.
To be successful in this role we would expect you to be forward thinking with a positive attitude.
