Restaurant Sales Manager

Job description / Role

One of our client from Food industry is now looking to recruit a Vendor Sales Manager in Dubai who is eager to on board the best restaurants and caterers and manage their success. As a key member of the vendor team, your work will directly improve our offering and increase order volume.

The person responsible will identify perfect restaurants, convince them to be on the platform, and ensure they are executing at the highest level. You have the ability to walk into any restaurant, pitch the company and on board them with ease. Once the restaurants are on boarded, you will manage the relationship with these restaurants to help drive customer satisfaction and incremental revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Help build the restaurant and catering network to best serve the needs of the companies we serve
- Strategically target restaurants and cuisine types that round out our offering.
- Use extensive knowledge of the company offerings and products to on board quality restaurants to the platform weekly.
- Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to create the best offerings for customers.
- Work with vendors to create specific meals.
- Take pictures of the meals and upload accurate details of the dishes to the company's web platform
- Maintain healthy relationships through community, communication, and trust.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- Food lover is a must.
- Charismatic and genuine personality that easily builds relationships.
- Organized with superhuman attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Passionate about growing the local restaurant community.
- Experience with restaurants or the food production industry.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Strong local restaurant network preferred.
- Arabic proficiency is a must
