Restaurant Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Together with excellent food and beverage knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to help train, motivate and develop the team.
• A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
• Report directly to the Head of F&B and Manage all individual outlets in absence of Head of F&B.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
• Address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Handle Cash Closing and end of Shift cash up in line with Closing procedure

Requirements

• As Supervisor you will have a minimum of 2 years' restaurant experience at supervisory level within 4/5* establishment Degree or Diploma in Food & Beverage or relevant field.
• High Proficiency in spoken & written English a must,
• Computer literate.
• Should be able to work under pressure and available to join on the 15th September 2021. References required

We are looking for exceptionally motivated individual’s based in the UAE with previous relevant experience in the Region, to join our amazing team. All positions will be for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility to renew for a further period depending on demonstratable abilities & attitude during the six months.
