Job description / Role
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR up to 6K for a Major Holding Company in UAE
• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
• Attend quarterly P&L meetings
Requirements
• Open to any nationality
• M/F, 35 y/o and below
• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a Casual or Fine Dining setting
• Effective in handling a huge group, average of 50 staff
• Awareness in working with suppliers and oversee the wait, hosting staff and the kitchen staff
• Flexible and excellent customer service skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness
• Good leadership skills
• Can join immediately (1-month)
• Start date: September 2018
• Work Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi
• Salary up to 6,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
