Job description / Role
Restaurant Supervisor Up To 750 Usd For An International Fnb Operator In Africa
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules
• Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements
• POSITION: Restaurant Supervisor
• SALARY: up to 750 USD depending on experience and qualification plus accommodation and transportation
• HIRING COMPANY: An International FnB Operator
• WORK LOCATION: Djibouti, Africa
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, below 40 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or leading a team
• Experience as a sandwich artist is advantage
• Strong written/verbal English command
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
