NTS Group is recruiting an ambitious self-motivated Retail & Catering Sales Manager for a leading food and beverage company in Dubai. This position will provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
• Retail & Catering Sales Manager will develop Business Sales Plan, strategy and techniques for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Identify and approach potential new clients through various channels, including cold calling and direct mail campaigns, convert enquiries from potential clients to sales.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets, by Emirate, area, and nationality to better target sales & promotions.
• Find new retail outlets and manage’ concepts to sales’ projects.
• Manage sales assistance in all outlets, corporate cart service and expend the sales reach.
• Manage Sales Catering.
• Attend marketing activities (shows and events) to ensure and drive sales during it & assist in preparation.
• Prepare for Sales Kits and presentations in various business settings to highlight products USPs for Catering and Retail Products.
• Increase and Enrich clients’ database for both Retail and catering businesses.
• Arrange business meetings, present the product or service in a structured, professional way face to face and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with current clients by providing support, information,
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are properly followed.
• Contribute to the planning and creation of quarterly Sales & Promotions.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal guests, external clients, and with community venues.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business with focus on Sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales related roles within Catering and Retail for Food & Beverage.
• Creative ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Preferably European or Arabic Speaker
• Holding a UAE Driving License is essential.
