Job description / Role
Our client is looking for a Retail Commercial Planning Manager to join the Ecommerce division.
In this role, you will:
* Develop and spread awareness of market trends in the fashion retail industry, monitor local competitors and initiate improvements for the regions performance
* Champion the regions customers' purchase behavior
* Manage the deployment of the merchandising strategies
* Plan and execute the commercial calendar (newsletter, app notification, store, etc.) in very close collaboration with the HQ teams in Italy and London.
* Work closely with the Headquarter Creative, Ecommerce and Website Trading teams
* Localize the customer's experience in each of the countries of responsibility, from a merchandising, commercial and Website trading point of view.
* Report on performance analysis and propose process improvements
Requirements
In this role, you will:
* Good written & spoken English, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
* Proven experience within a luxury retail environment, ideally in business analytics - related functions.
* Significant commercial experience gained in a retail planning within the GCC market.
* Strong analytical skill and problem solving skill
