Australian Pavilion, Expo 2020 Dubai
Great opportunity for an experienced Chef to lead a dedicated kitchen team in the production of quality food and service for a fast paced and dynamic food outlet at Expo 2020.
An understanding of a busy retail environment is required along with demonstrated capability and success as a chef in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen management, especially in regard to managing COGS & labor.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Australian cuisine, produce and ingredients as well as being able to positively respond to the needs of clients and customers. The Australian Pavilion will serve 100% Halal menus. Proven capability in understanding all aspects of ordering, preparing and cooking to this standard is mandatory.
Advanced communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with management and the front of house team will guarantee success.
