Charterhouse is working with a highly recognised real estate organisation that have a huge presence in Qatar Our client is looking to hire a high level Retail Leasing Manager to join their team based in Qatar working on one of the regions, most prestigious mall. This company has a huge portfolio of residential, commercial and retail properties and are seen as a market leading developer.

The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking marketing activities and attracting new tenants and vetting prospective clients whilst completing the preparation of weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities. You will carry out inspections on any vacant units.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a successful track record of current leasing activities for their portfolio of shopping malls that they have managed. You should have major retail leasing experience within renowned malls. It is essential you are able to demonstrate vision and an appetite to be part of a growing organisation that can offer excellent career growth an opportunities.
