Job description / Role
A well established Retail Mall is actively seeking to recruit a Retail Leasing Manager. This person will be working on securing new deals for the mall and going through the market finding new concepts and opportunities within the retail landscape. The role will also involve administration of lease contracts and ensuring all paper work is done correctly and with due diligence.
Salary:
AED
20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The candidate should have experience within retail leasing and already understand the local retailer landscape It would be a great benefit if this person already had contacts within retailers and an established network. This role is for someone who is a go getter and self motivated and wants to progress their career.
