Job description / Role
Reporting to the GM of this luxury fashion house, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the retail operations and develop the retail network for the business across the key markets
- Define and implement commercial action plans for the business
- Manage boutique operations, merchandising, recruitment, staff development and store openings
- Collaborate with internal divisions such as VM, Communications and Training to ensure the successful running of the business
Requirements
- Strong experience in the luxury industry; experience in fashion is preferred
- Strong track record of successfully managing multiple boutiques and teams
- Excellent understanding of various departments in the business (VM, Training, merchandising etc..)
- Experience in the Middle East is highly preferred
