Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Customer Focus

- Safeguard availability through monitoring of replenishment parameters for new products (NEWS) running and discontinued articles and provide necessary support to the selling teams.

- Monitor shortages, Excess, Missing containers, support the selling teams in form of correct Min Max function and order creation to improve the replenishment set ups and results.

- Support selling teams with sale plan and clearance target by SKU for Discontinued articles and maximum availability of K, P, C & N based on store range classification.

- Initiate display availability checking of slow selling products for more than 60 days in HH & FF ensure right display with proper replenishment.

- Continuous feedback on slow selling SKU to Sales & Supply Support team and implementing clearance price (last chances) post confirmation from planning for non-sellers and Discontinued SKU as per SOP.

- Support selling teams prior to peak sales periods with adequate stocks by assessing the requirement to ensure full availability of our offer for the customers. Monitor orders projected inflow and liaise against sales plan (daily/weekly)

- Ensure a prioritization of Key service level throughout the pipeline from the warehouse to store

- Ensure Top sellers availability throughout the pipeline from warehouse to store.

- Coordinate with Retail Logistics in executing the suggestions from fortnight inventory analysis report to boost the sales by focusing everyday selling products/Last pcs clearance /increasing display ratio/top seller's availability/Not sold >60 days etc.

- Ensure planning of the cyclical count and plan the count and investigation with the goods flow team

- Ensuring all products from Back room is moving to floor with right price and barcode.

- Ensuring the good receipt in system confirmed on time to avoid negative inventory and stock discrepancy.

- Monitoring store transfers and return to warehouse as per the SOP/Process.

- Collecting feedbacks on product quality and passing information to Retail Logistics for replacement or further necessary steps.

- Improve room productivity and display strike ratio in FF.

- Ensure Broken range clearance, complete collection display, replacement based on matrix, Damage reduction.

- Mattress orders, monitor and facilitate COD Transactions in line with Min-Max function

Commercial Performance

- Prepare post seasonal analysis of past performance at Concept/Territory and Department levels down to Class/Sub-Class and Item levels to create action plans. Share insights with the Store Manager / Retail Logistics team to support the strategic planning process

- Prepare Store Grading at Class/Subclass levels to determine the Width of Ranges for Large, Medium and Small stores by planning stores together with store logistics manager in Store dimensioning tool

- Prepare reports & review theoretical range plan to measure planned versus actual for In Season management of all of the above

- Measure performance through system reports and planning applications. Identify additional systems requirement (if any) and prepare a proposal for the same

- Support the sales team by providing data of poor performing stock structure articles and ensure corrective action on the shop floor

- Monitor and maintain the weekly sales forecast on SKU level weekly.

- Support Selling team for Sale price implementation and ensure highlighted display for highly discounted SKU.

- Ensure seasonal Products are launched on time and monitor the performance to revise min-max if required or for necessary display changes.

Offer

- Monitor Sales Margins and seasonal budget performance against plan across territory on a monthly basis, review and reforecast

- Propose actions to management on a monthly basis and communicate to Retail and Retail Logistics departments for any adjustments

- Maintain the store range size in line with the store classification

- Support the store commercial team with planning and execution of concept and territory activities by providing availability information, in-delivery planning and follow up on goals to ensure activity commitments are fulfilled
