We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our luxury men's clothing store in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the store's visual appearance, and contributing to the overall success of the retail team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing personalized and attentive service to meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the product range, including fabrics, fits, and styles, to effectively guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by organizing and restocking merchandise, as well as creating attractive displays to showcase the latest collections.
- Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and manage the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communication and engagement, aiming to create a loyal customer base.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets, contribute to promotional activities, and participate in inventory management.

Salary:
AED 5,500 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly within the fashion or luxury goods industry, is highly desirable.
- Passion for men's fashion and a keen eye for style trends, with the ability to offer fashion advice and styling tips to customers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive sales through proactive customer interaction and product knowledge.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing to the overall success of the retail team and the store.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
