Retail Sales Associate

Job description / Role

Quest Search & Selection have partnered with a blue-chip multinational organsiation, who are currently seeking a Sales Executive to be responsible for developing their Dubai Duty-Free retail channel. Your role as Retail Sales Executive will be to develop sales opportunities within their assigned category. It will be your responsibility to develop new business and build relationships, ensuring that the customer experience is carried out to the highest level. Other key areas of the role are as follows:

· To manage the sale and delivery of the assigned products from stock, through to point of sale.
· Work closely with the Area Sales Supervisor to achieve set KPIs and customer service quotas.
· To establish, develop and maintain close working relationships with key customers at all levels.
· To work to individual and team targets and ensure these are met.

This role is an excellent opportunity for you to shape an existing channel for this business. If successful, it is very likely that you will be responsible for growing this channel, through the acquisition of repeat business and a flawless customer service experience.

Requirements

In order to be successful and be a part of this exciting company you will have the following experience:

· English and Arabic language skills
· 2-3 years' experience from a proven sales background
· Previous B2C experience
