Retail Sales Consultant

Job description / Role

A multinational consumer electronics business is currently seeking a self-motivated Sales Consultant, who with his skills and personality, be able to enhance customer satisfaction and devise creative ideas to boost sales in the Retail field.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Presenting, promoting and selling products to existing and prospective clients
- Establishing trust and building long-term commercial relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and fulfilling customer demand
- Performing promotional activities for various products and services
- Providing the customers with satisfactory after sales services
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Determining and developing relationships with prospective customers
- Follow the weekly and monthly set agenda in meeting clients across the UAE

Requirements

- 1-2 years of proven successful retail and project sales experience within the consumer electronics field
- Must be able to identify the needs and requirements from clients, both from retail and project sales
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Exceptional relationship-building ability
- Must have good presence, high energy and availability to represent the company and build strong commercial relationship with clients
