Job description / Role
A new opportunity has come up with a well-known retail institution based in Abu Dhabi. Our client is currently looking for Retail Sales Executives – Luxury Fashion. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
• Secure new customers and maintain good rapport with existing potential customers’ accounts.
• Achieve the targets set by the company to generate more revenue.
• Maintain or retain existing accounts and build strong customer relationships as per the records of customer detail.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to generate more revenue for the company.
• Negotiate with clients as per the guidelines to maximize profits.
• Promote the company’s services and products and work closely with other departments to ensure proper documentation of transactions with customers.
• Evaluate sales trends, potential market targets, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Due to the nature of the role, only female candidates would be considered
• Must have attested Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have experience in Mid/High-end fashion is required
• Must have a minimum of two years of total relevant experience.
• Must be fashionable.
• Must have a dynamic and active personality.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to work for 6 days a week
• Willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
• Able to start immediately
• Currently based in the UAE
