Job description / Role
• Preparing material and contents for all training program for retail team
• Conduct training sessions in- house (Sales Staff and customer services)
• Implement Training / Learning and development company policy and procedures
• Implement / adopt professional / appropriate techniques to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all training program for retail divisions
• Evaluate employee’s performance in all related aspects
• Provide all related report to Head of Learning and Development / HR
Requirements
Gender: Any
Age: 28 : 35 Maximum
Language: Must be Arabic speaker – English Urdu will be extra advantage
Education Level : Graduated – Prefer to be in business administration of Marketing
Experience : minimum 5 years in Gulf / Retail
