Job description / Role
Purpose: To be responsible Manage all training activities for retail Such as not limited to:
Main responsibility:
• Preparing material and contents for all training program for retail team
• Conduct training sessions in- house (Sales Staff and customer services)
• Implement Training / Learning and development company policy and procedures
• Implement / adopt professional / appropriate techniques to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all training program for retail divisions
• Evaluate employee’s performance in all related aspects
• Provide all related report to Head of Learning and Development / HR
Training Experience:
• Conduction and coaching
• Outstanding Customer Services
• Professional Sales Techniques
• Interpersonal / soft Skills
• Managerial Skills
Requirements
• Gender: Any
• Age: 28, 35 Maximum
• Language: Must be Arabic speaker – English Urdu will be extra advantage
• Education Level: Graduated – Prefer to be in business administration of Marketing
• Experience: minimum 5 years in Gulf / Retail
• Driving license: must
Technical Qualification should be:
• Good awareness of Gulf Market and Arabic culture
• Excellent level of delivering information and people motivation
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Fluent English (professional Speaking and writing)
• Excellent Computer Skills
