Job description / Role
Essential and optional requirements
• As Revenue Analyst, you will analyses hotel data and present strategies and forecasts that will help the hotel stay ahead of the competition.
• Revenue Analyst will support the Revenue and Sales Teams and assist in customer negotiation to help the hotel achieve revenue objective by providing information and strategies to maximize sales efforts. Specifically,
• Responsible for optimizing the hotel revenue stream and generating index against competing hotels in the marketplace
• Communicates to the reservation and receiving teams the processes to follow in terms of quality of booking and correct data entry into the PMS;- Regularly checks data capture and quality (segmentation, refusal follow-up );
• Analyzes the performance of contracts (tariffs, allotments, number of rooms sold) upstream of re-contracting decisions;
