What you will be doing:

- Primarily supervises the reservation team and coordinates activities of team members in line with Standard Operating Procedurs of the Brand.
- Support Director of Revenue in analyzing the hotel results and performance.
- Ensure that decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management , distribution channels are implemented in reservation and front office.
- Ensure that a "RM culture" is spread in the hotel, through regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Should have worked in a supervisory role for Reservations for at least 2 years in a 5 Star Resort in UAE.
- Ideally reporting directly to the Department Head.
- Should have handled basic revenue tasks and reporting
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
