Revenue Analyst

Job description / Role

As a Revenue Analyst, you monitors and analyzes actual sales against projected sales. You will identify the underlying principles, facts or r easons of information by breaking down data into separate parts.

What you will be doing:
- Assisting the Cluster Director of Revenue with essential administrative duties, reporting and analysis tasks
- Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance. Perform competitor checks and report as appropriate
- Participate in the property's weekly Room and F&B RevPRO and carry out commercial actions discussed
- Support DOR on daily, weekly and monthly reports, presentations and reviews

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Previous customer related experience required
- Previous Property Manager System, CRS and OTAs experience required
- Previous Reservation/Front Office experiences for 2 years is preferred
