Job Description

- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor behaviour to develop effective revenue strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports highlighting revenue performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in revenue management.
- Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Provide supporting documentation and analysis to internal and external auditors as needed
- Review contracts, sales orders and purchase orders to assess proper revenue recognition treatment
- Develop, validate, challenge and explain key trends, indicators and performance.
- Prepare monthly , daily and weekly reports and any other reports requested from Revenue department.
- Support initiatives to drive efficiencies around revenue recognition and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify and resolve study or guest-related issues.
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand what impacts revenue and provide indicators of changing revenue markets.
- Contribute to the revenue team in develop and improving upon the revenue model.
- Assist in performing relative selling price analysis for multiple element arrangements, coordinating with multiple departments in the organization to analyze pricing for product/service offerings.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Hotel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, & or computer science.
- Fluent with SQL and other programming languages.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office ( excel, word , PowerPoint) .
- Requires careful attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities
