Revenue Manager

Our team is looking for a commercially minded person, who is ready to take a leading role in helping us to implement a long-term strategic approach to our yield optimization and revenue distribution channels. You have an ability to simultaneously work with big-picture strategy and analytical drilldown while sustain a high level of productivity and provide answers for financial top-line performance. You never lose sight of the goal and constantly demanding progress. You are pragmatic, with sharp analytical skills and financial acumen. You are able to influence guest policies and predict market behavior in a rapidly changing environment.

What you will be doing:

- Track and establish pick-up trends, occupancy history and market segment development in order to facilitate forecasting process and to enable proper sales tactical action plan based on real trends analysis and information
- Read and analyze reports and market intelligence in order to make inventory yield recommendations to gain market share
- Provide proposals for the adaptation of the long-term and short-term hotel strategy (day types, ideal mix, RML ranking, price points, triggers, sales conditions, etc.) on the basis of the analysis produced previously.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience at management level in a complex/cluster environment.
- A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary, as well as analytical skills, experience in study cases with mathematical background and produce accurate market research
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy
