REVIT Architect

Job description / Role

My client is an International Architectural Consultancy working on a wide range of projects globally and keen to add to their growing business.

Due to securing several projects and as part of their strategy, we are urgently looking for a REVIT Architect in Dubai. The candidate will be based in their Dubai office working on projects globally. There are progression and development opportunities available with the firm.

Due to the nature of the requirement, we are looking for candidates based in Dubai and preferably Immediately available.

Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):

- Responsible for concept, schematic, detailed, tender and construction drawings
- Prepare drawings according to the standards and terms of the company and clients
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Working around factors i.e., international building codes and local laws
- Working closely with fellow members within the organisation
- Resolving any problems that may arise during construction phase

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

- Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience within Architecture design
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Must be familiar with International and Local building codes
- Proficient in English
- Registered with the local authority would be advantageous (Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality)
- Proficiency with REVIT, Photoshop, SketchUp, Naviswork, BIM 360
- Good demonstrable portfolio
