Overseen by Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court and under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, the Special Olympics aims to bring acceptance and inclusion of those with intellectual disabilities.

After a highly successful MENA Games in March 2018, we are now looking for a Risk and Insurance Manager to join our Business Support team on a 1 year basis in preparation for the 2019 World Games.

As our Risk and Insurance Manager, you will oversee insurance claims, review contracts, develop an insurance related risk management strategy, establish contract standards and negotiate insurance pricing, structure and limits for our policies.

Other tasks will include developing standard processes and procedures for the risk management function, assisting business units with their review and inspection of facilities with a focus on loss reduction and other tasks that may be required during the duration of your role.

Requirements

- 10 years experience is required, ideally with some gained in the UAE
- Fluency in English
- Arabic desirable
- Ideally a Risk or Insurance related qualification
- Ability to liaise with and influence senior stakeholders
