Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop and implement company’s Risk Management Policies and Procedures complementary to company’s Investments, Private Equities, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare & retail business Policies and Procedures.
- Creation of supporting systems and infrastructure
- Manage All the risks (credit, market, operational risk , liquidity risk, business risk and reputational risk ) dynamically through prescriptive exposures management monitoring
- Portfolio monitoring / management to identify concentrations, outliners and stress testing to assess appropriate provisioning requirements etc.
- Support the business in minimizing all the risks and losses.
- Ensure all operational loses are investigated to prevent recurrence.
- Gather and filter all Risk Intelligence and include into the Risk Management System.
- Set up Key risk Indicators, Risk tolerance and subsequent alarm platform
- Develop predictive analysis using trends
- Enhance the analysis framework of Operational top risks
- Responsible for timely identification, reporting and escalation of all identified risk exposures.
- Assist in the identification of new business and regulatory risks and implementation of appropriate controls to mitigate those risks.
- Identify control weakness and ensure proper functioning of day to day controls and timely resolution of risks/events
- Responsible for managing issues raised from business specific reviews and follow-through to resolution
- Responsible for recording all the risks in the risk tracking system in accordance with company’s Risk Procedures.
- Responsible for recording operational errors that occur within business that results in financial losses, near misses, reputational damage.

Requirements

- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CISA, CFA)
- 10+ years’ experience with Risk Management at Senior Level
- Essential and thorough knowledge of Enterprise Risk management standards, techniques, tools and implementation
- Exposure to Investments, Private Equity, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare and Retail Businesses
