WSP is looking for a Risk & Reporting Manager to join an ongoing hospitality PMC project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As the Risk & Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies and overseeing the reporting process for the organization. Your expertise will play a crucial role in identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and implementing measures to mitigate them effectively.

Your new role, what's involved?
* Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework and strategies for the organization.
* Identify and assess potential risks across various departments and projects.
* Establish risk assessment processes and continuously monitor risks throughout the organization.
* Develop risk mitigation plans and implement control measures to reduce identified risks to an acceptable level.
* Provide guidance to project teams and departments on risk management best practices.
* Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
* Analyze risk data and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making processes.
* Ensure the organization's risk management practices comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
* Communicate risk-related information effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Lead the development of an overall harmonized reporting structure and reporting tools which may include, quarterly and monthly reports, dashboards, etc. for the assigned project.
* Manage the development, compilation, and production of a Portfolio/Program report(s) covering progress, cost, cash flow, earned value, risk, schedule, and other relevant information.
* Liaise with the Project Control Manager to ensure reports and write-ups are complete and the information provided is accurate.
* Oversee the report(s)' review process which includes several internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the Project Controls Manager with reporting.
* Look to develop industry best practices including continuous development.
* Participates in organization-wide projects and initiatives as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
* 10-15 years of relevant experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
* Advanced analytical skills - must be able to understand and interpret data
* Ability to communicate effectively with various personnel, including dealing with people effectively and tactfully in difficult and stressful situations.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
