Job Description

- The Risk & Security Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive risk management and security programs across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of risk analysis, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations.

Requirements

Desired Skill & Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Proven experience in security management or a similar role. Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough security assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Certification in security management or relevant fields is a plus.
- UAE National with Family Book.
