Employment: Full Time

Red Kite – Middle East require a Risk Trader specialising in Oil and Refined Oil Products for a leading Natural Resources Group based in Dubai, UAE.

Our client is looking for a candidate who is accustomed to working in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines, actioning long and short trades with a high value

The successful candidate will perform oil trading operations including, market analysis, executing trades, managing portfolio risk, and recommend pricing and execution strategies.

Requirements

A strong background in market and trend analysis is preferred to ensure that all trades meet desired minimum trading margins. The successful candidate will evaluate and analyse potential business opportunities and provide results and feedback within a timely manner along with recommended courses of action.

The Risk Trader must constantly assess and calculate possible exposure to the business, suggesting and implementing measures to reduce this risk.

Red Kite – Middle East are looking for candidates with the following:
- Degree educated in relevant subject
- 4+ years of experience in a trading role, preferably within major oil trader
- Experience executing and validating trades with a value of >US$60mm per month
- Experience executing paper transactions
- Strong working knowledge of market analysis and implementing strategy
