Russian & English Speaking Receptionist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to speak / read and translate in Russian language.
• You will be the Face of RSG with a smiling welcoming and charming personality.
• Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintaining security and telecommunications system.
• Informing visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Supporting continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak / read and translate in Russian language.
• Very Presentable.
• Experience in Front office
• High School or Graduate in any field
• Preferred experience in hotel or front desk
• Very clear language skills in English and Russian language.
• Travel can be required at times
