Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for facilitating sales pitch and following through to close sales and increase the confirmed projects ratio.
• Lead and manage the sales exhibitions from all aspects.
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Directs sales forecasting activities and performance goals for the team by supporting the team members to meet the expected target budget hence achieving the team target.
• Responsible for handling own individual accounts.
• Responsible for holding meetings with his/her team members and with the marketing team to have an update of the current projects / upcoming shows.
• Responsible for attending meetings with team members for projects.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Would be responsible for coaching and mentoring subordinates.
• Responsible for effectively managing a team of Sales Executives and their related performance.
• Responsible for simplifying the design or quotation so as to eliminate unprofitable or unwanted items from a sales pitch.
• Ensure smooth collection of payment from individual client
• Delivers sales presentations to key clients if required in coordination with the concerned sales representative.
• Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

Requirements

Experience
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales and the exhibitions Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience.
• Must have established Key corporate client list.

Education
• Degree in Sales or Marketing or similar
• Fluent in written and spoken English
