Sales Account Manager - Corporate
Salary: up to AED 17,000 Based on experience plus commissions
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi

As a result of their expansion we are looking for a Sales Account Manager to take care of existing clients and develop the business within the Corporate sector

Key role - is to achieve sales targets, profitability and cash flow targets, develop business opportunities an exploit market potential, lead generation, customer profiling, CRM update and increase customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets on the field locally
• Guarantee the customer satisfaction on the field locally
• Guarantee adequate market feedback on the Segment trends
• Guarantee market management and adequate n. of customer/prospect visits per year in line with the GSN code
• Guarantee appropriate sales activity planning and the GSN code daily application
• Guarantee respect of the company’s cultural model, policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales
• Experience within the Digital or technical sales would be an advantage
• Written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills in English and Arabic is essential
• Negotiation techniques
• Knowledge of CRM management
• Knowledge of sales techniques (B2B and / or B2C)
• Knowledge of consultative selling techniques
• Long-term customer relationship management skills
• Sales operations (field sales and inside sales): scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management
• Knowledge of Fitness equipment
• Knowledge and management of financial solutions
• Management of service contract terms and conditions
• Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
• Knowledge of fitness, performance, health and product use
• A sense of belonging to the brand
