Job description / Role
Our client, a British multinational FMCG business, is seeking a Sales Administrator for their Dubai office. Reports to General Manager.
The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the region. Compiling and updating all reports (internal and external) along with being the owner of TXT Demand and AX inputs.
- Maintain and update TXT Demand for all markets in the region.
- Maintain and update AX for all billing parties in the region.
- Maintain and update Trade Spend Tracker.
- Maintain and update Sales Tracker.
- Maintain and update Price lists by distributor.
- Prepare Business Reviews.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
- Communicate all product specifications to markets. New listings and NPD.
- Ensure all distributor Order Forms are kept updated and communicated.
- Ensure all required samples are sent to distributors.
- Assist with organisation of Annual Distributors Conference.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft office user.
- Ability to learn new ERP IT systems.
- The Sales Administrator will possess excellent written and spoken English. Arabic or Hindi abilities a plus.
- High attention to detail.
- Exposure to Supply Chain or FMCG sales a plus.
- Strong organisational skills.
