Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Advisor to join our real estate team in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Advisor will play a key role in driving sales and revenue generation, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants, providing detailed information about the properties and addressing any inquiries.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the client and the company.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and listing teams to promote properties and create effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales contracts, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving for personal and team success.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Salary:
AED 2000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai, including property values, trends, and legal requirements.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering outstanding sales performance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all sales-related activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changes and challenges with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain client records.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid real estate license or certification in compliance with local regulations is a plus.
