As Dacha Real Estate are expanding after having taken on our second office in Marina Plaza, we are looking for a self-motivated, professional, dynamic, and talented Sales Manager with a hunger for success.
This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to further their career in Dubai Real Estate with a well-established company. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will bring their own ideas to the business and to lead their successful sales team to achieve targets and work to their full potential.

Your duties will include:
• Guide, Train and motivate brokers to maximize business efficiency
• Ensure brokers achieve their sales targets
• Direct analysis of competitor, product and market analysis
• Create sales plans, targets and performance targets for sales brokers
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors alongside winning new instructions.
• Motivating your team to exceed the targets given to you and taking your team to the next level.
• Analysing the performance of your office and looking for new ways to take the office forward.

We are looking for:
• Fluent in the English language
• Minimum 3 years of secondary market Real Estate experience in Dubai
• Knowledge and experience in the UK property market is advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market
• Exceptional communication, presentation and training skills
• Expert sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in Market research, proven sales track record and experience in cold calling, prospecting, optimizing business with existing clients
• Listing and valuing skills
• Detailed knowledge of the sales process
• Ensuring team are hitting targets and KPI's
• The desire to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong Leadership skills
• An encouraging management style which will yield results.
• Professionalism and enthusiasm
• High level of customer service skills
• Well dressed and smart appearance.
• Confident and charismatic attitude.
