NTS Group are working on an exciting and pivotal position for a leading group of companies situated in the heart of Dubai. The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. Reporting to the CEO and CFO, this role will be responsible for multi companies that fall within the construction, hospitality and architectural sectors and will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio of organizational projects, providing expert knowledge and support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status.
The successful individual will be in charge of developing and executing financial, sales, marketing and operations strategies to effectively lead the overall operational and financial activities of the assign companies, whilst working closely with each teams to develop new concepts, pricing structures and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, client acquisition and retention. The role is expected to provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects to ensure successful delivery.
This role will also ensure project resources have the correct toolsets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully. Strong project management and excellent organizational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organization.
Furthermore, the role will be involved in developing and implementing advanced sales systems and processes across the business units, developing new sales strategies and implementing them to penetrate untapped market segments to boost sales revenue and developing a strategic plan and operating budget for the marketing of each division that aligns with the long-term vision.
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 10 years of solid sales and marketing experience with a strong background in business development, operations construction. You will be a KPI focused individual with experience working for multiple companies at any given time. You will be degree educated, comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and possess exceptional entrepreneurial thinking. Our client is seeking a western educated candidate, with experience working across the entire MENA region.
The salary on offer for this role ranges between AED 35,000 – AED 50,000 plus competitive benefits.
