Sales and Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

We are looking for a female dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This role requires a combination of sales expertise and creative marketing skills to reach and engage potential customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and traditional advertising
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Track and analyze marketing and sales data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills ( English and Turkish)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
